Refund Policy

  1. Cancellation Window

Clients may request a cancellation within 48 hours of scope confirmation, provided no active work has commenced on their project.

Active work includes but is not limited to: intake review being initiated, competitor research or 1-star review scraping having begun, the Visual Logic Audit having been started, any design or composite work having been logged, or listing access having been granted and reviewed.

If active work has commenced within the 48-hour window, the cancellation request will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis and may result in a partial credit rather than a full refund.

  1. Refund Processing Time

All approved refund requests are processed within 15 to 30 business days from the date of written approval. Refunds are issued via the original payment method. AMZ Canvas is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors or financial institutions.

  1. Non-Refundable Services

The following are strictly non-refundable under any circumstance:

Deposits: All deposits paid at project commencement are non-refundable. The deposit covers the discovery process, diagnostic review, and project slot allocation, all of which occur before deliverables are produced.

Visual Logic Audit Fees: All audit work including competitor benchmarking, 1-star review scraping, conversion blind spot analysis, and mobile rendering assessments is non-refundable once initiated or delivered.

Onboarding & Scoping Fees: Any fees associated with the tailored proposal process, scope confirmation, or project kick-off are non-refundable upon commencement.

Completed Deliverables: Any image, infographic, or composite work that has been delivered in full or in part is non-refundable upon delivery.

Strategy & Consultation Sessions: All discovery calls, diagnostic walkthroughs, and strategic consultations are non-refundable once conducted.

Third-Party Costs: Any costs passed through to the client for third-party tools, stock assets, or platform fees are non-refundable.

  1. Conditions Under Which Refunds Are Void

A refund request will be automatically disqualified under the following circumstances:

  • The client changes direction after the 48-hour cancellation window has passed. 
  • The client fails to provide required assets, credentials, or materials within the agreed onboarding timeline, resulting in project delay. 
  • The client violates any provision of the AMZ Canvas Terms and Conditions. 
  • The cancellation is requested after work has commenced, regardless of completion status. 
  • The client has already received any deliverable, audit output, or strategy document in full or in part. 
  • The client’s Amazon account is suspended, restricted, or deactivated by Amazon for reasons outside AMZ Canvas’s control. 
  • The client undergoes a business change including ownership transfer, brand pivot, product discontinuation, or voluntary exit from Amazon. 
  • External variables including Amazon algorithm updates, marketplace competition shifts, seasonal demand changes, or pricing dynamics affect listing performance outcomes after delivery. 
  • The client has shared AMZ Canvas proprietary frameworks, audit outputs, or methodologies with a third party.
  1. Performance Disclaimer

AMZ Canvas diagnoses and fixes visual conversion leaks. Our work is grounded in diagnostic methodology, competitor research, and Amazon Visual Logic principles. However, listing performance including CVR movement, ACOS improvement, CTR lift, and revenue outcomes is influenced by variables outside our control, including marketplace competition, Amazon algorithm changes, product pricing, fulfilment performance, review volume, and advertising spend.

Refunds will not be granted on the basis of performance outcomes alone, provided AMZ Canvas has fulfilled its confirmed scope of work. Perceived underperformance does not constitute grounds for a refund.

  1. The Honest Assessment Commitment

If during discovery AMZ Canvas determines that your listing is not the primary bottleneck, or that visual intervention cannot address your specific challenge, we will tell you before any paid engagement begins. We do not take on projects we cannot deliver. In such cases, no fees are charged for the discovery phase.

  1. Dispute Resolution

If you believe a refund is warranted for reasons not addressed above, submit a written dispute to AMZ Canvas within 7 days of the triggering event. The submission must include a detailed explanation of the claim, relevant project documentation, and any supporting evidence.

AMZ Canvas will acknowledge receipt within 2 business days and issue a final determination within 10 business days of receiving the complete submission. Partial credits toward future services may be offered at AMZ Canvas’s sole discretion as an alternative to a monetary refund.

All refund and dispute decisions made by AMZ Canvas are final and binding.

  1. How to Submit a Request

All cancellation and refund requests must be submitted in writing via email or through the official contact form on the AMZ Canvas website. Requests made through WhatsApp, social media, or any unofficial channel will not be accepted or processed.

Upon receipt, AMZ Canvas will acknowledge your request within 2 business days and provide a determination within the timeframes outlined above.

This Refund Policy is subject to change at AMZ Canvas’s discretion. Continued engagement following any update constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
